Founder Profile
Dr. Furong BEI is the founder and inventor behind BEI and ATMS.com, with a long-horizon body of work spanning behavioral economics identity, domain and namespace systems, identity infrastructure, time and evidence, finance and banking, monetary systems, exchange, settlement, machine-verifiable records, policy-controlled execution, and related economic infrastructure.
Beginning in 1999, the work developed through interconnected multi-system domain architectures and progressively expanded into scientific research, invention, intellectual property, standards, education, public-benefit initiatives, and deployable economic infrastructure.
The underlying objective is to connect identity, rights, authority, evidence, time, assets and economic actions so that important economic and machine state transitions can become more accountable, verifiable and interoperable.
